The IS200DRLYH1A is Simplex Relay Output terminal board manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI was one of the last Speedtronic management systems for gas or steam turbines released by GE. It is an integrated protection, control, and monitoring system for mechanical driver and generator applications of steam and gas turbines. The MKVI is also used as a platform for integrating power island and balance-of-plant controls. The system has an HMI/operator interface connected to the central control module (or in TMR systems, to the control modules,) which are in turn connected to terminal boards that are responsible for Inputs/Outputs.
The IS200DRLYH1A is built with twelve form-C dry contact output relays. It connects to the VTUR, VCRC, or VCC processor board using a single cable. This is a simplex board that does not support TMR applications. However, two DRLY boards can be connected to the previously mentioned boards for a total of twenty-four contact outputs. There are two versions of this board (H1A and H1B.) The H1A version has higher powered relay contacts.
The IS200DRLYH1A is built with terminal strips occupying both long edges of the board from edge to edge. Each side has 36 screw connections available. The center of the board is populated by the previously mentioned relays and cable connector. The board has no on-board suppression and no relay state monitoring. The IS200DRLYH1A does not include solenoid source power. Each relay has a corresponding LED that indicates voltage across the coil. The board is 8.5 inches long by 8.1 inches wide.
