product description
The General Electric DS200DCFBG1BKC is a Mark V series power supply board. When installed in a drive, this board provides electricity to the enclosure fan as well as the system’s control level power. Of GE’s drive systems, this board is compatible with the DC2000, AC2000, FC2000, CB2000, and ME2000 series of drives. Nominally rated sourced inputs to the board can safely measure between 38 and 115VAC. Outputted frequencies generated by the card can measure anywhere from 0 and 500 kHz, depending on the inputted voltages.
Five individual circuitries are found on DS200DCFBG1BKC. These include a control level supply circuit, a driver circuit, a motor field power circuit, and both an AC and DC monitoring circuit. Diagnostic information for the fuses on the drive is presented to the user via the two LED indicators and the one neon indicator. Three protective fuses are integrated into the board, protecting the currents from interruptions. Checking voltage levels in the board is simple when using one of the five test points found on the card. Users are provided a number of configurable settings to adjust to job specific needs. Twelve jumpers and seven DIP switches on the board can be configured to fit user requirements.
Boards and drives contain installation parameters outlined by General Electric that should be followed. These guidelines will protect the entire unit from any accidental damage. Please reference the device’s datasheet and manual for a complete guide to wiring and installing the board. Members of the Mark V series were provided technical support by their original manufacturer, General Electric.
